J2 Trusts and Estate Planning
Allow J2 to Guide you through the Trust and Estate Planning process
Planning your estate is easier than you may think. Learn the essentials to estate planning and create personalized estate and health care documents to ensure you and your loved ones are protected.

Essential Estate Planning documents include:

-
Power of Attorney
Protect your interests with a Power of Attorney. This document gives one or more people (called an attorney-in-fact) the authority to make financial and property decisions on your behalf while acting in your best interests.

-
Trust and Last Will & Testament
Protect your assets and your loved ones with a Trust and Last Will and Testament. A Trust and Last Will ensures control of your estate stays in your hands and that your wishes are met after you pass away. You can use a Trust and Last Will to specify which of your assets go to family, friends, groups, and charities.
-
Health Care Directive
Your directive contains two documents: a Living Will and a Medical Power of Attorney. A Living Will allows you to plan your medical treatment in advance. It ensures your bases are covered if something unexpected happens and you’re unable to express your personal health wishes. A Medical Power of Attorney is a document you use to appoint someone to make medical decisions on your behalf.

Upon answering the questions in the form provided below, please press the submit button. JB Bowie, Owner of J2 Enterprises LLC, is the only one with access to these forms. J2 values your privacy and will not share or discuss any details of your Estate Planning without your written permission.
J2 will prepare the documents, email them back to you and schedule a date and time of your choice for us to review the documents by phone or video call.
The four documents are each priced at $125, totaling $500 for the entire Estate Planning package. Also included are two free updates over a five-year period per document. Updates after the five-year period will be priced based on the scope of the request.
Once final versions are provided, you will be responsible for attaining Witness Signatures and Notary. The rate for notary is $15, if you are having trouble finding that rate, we can assist. J2 can also assist with state registration if required at no additional cost. Currently only 6 states require state registration.
J2 will also provide counsel to your Acting Trustees at no cost when they need it. Written guidelines for your Acting Trustees are provided as an attachment to this webpage.
